To ensure you receive the best possible care and a personalised experience, all new clients will be asked to complete a short consultation form prior to their first treatment. This allows our team to understand your needs, preferences, and any special requirements, so we can tailor your session perfectly to you.

For your convenience, 2-hour parking is available in the centre of the roadway directly in front of our salon. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes before your appointment to find parking and settle in comfortably before your treatment begins.

Please note that we operate a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
