Rates & Charges:

• Rates are in Australian dollars, subject to change, and commissionable based on the agreed rate.
• Verbal quotes are estimates; final price confirmed upon booking.
• Deposit or valid credit card required to guarantee booking.

Tours:

• All half-day and one-day tours are private charters.
• For groups of 6+ guests, contact for rates.
• Travel insurance is recommended.

Children Policy:

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Baby car seats available at extra cost.
• Children under 2 are free; additional charges apply.

Deposit & Liabilities:

• 25% deposit required for multi-day bookings.
• Cancellation outside Far North Escapes’ control may result in credit vouchers valid for 24 months.
• Amendment fees may apply from third-party suppliers.

Passenger Responsibilities:

• Passengers must comply with supplier terms.
• Far North Escapes not liable for cancellations or delays caused by suppliers (e.g., weather, strikes).
• Responsibility for luggage (15kg max per passenger).

Dispute Resolution:

• Disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation.

Authority to Remove:

• Far North Escapes may remove passengers engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Pets & Luggage:

• No pets allowed (except service animals).
• Luggage limit: 1 medium suitcase (max 15kg); 1 hand luggage (max 3kg).
• Excess luggage charges apply.

Travel Insurance:

• Strongly recommended for trip cancellations, flight interruptions, and emergencies.

Flight & Supplier Cancellations:

• Not liable for flight cancellations or changes by airlines.
• Alternative arrangements will be made in case of supplier cancellations, but extra costs are the passenger’s responsibility.

Payment Acceptance:
